Wayne “Pap-Pap”, age 71, of Bethel Park, formally of Southside, on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, passed away peacefully surrounded by family and loved ones. Born on August 31, 1953 in Pittsburgh to the late James and Cecilia (Subisak) Banks. Beloved husband of Marsha (Lewicki); cherished father of Wayne Jr. (Robyn Lenz) and Keith (Beth); loving grandfather to Michael, Lia and Tyler; dear brother to Nancy Fertal, Janet (Sam) Kasan, Kathleen (Kevin) Garvin, Terry Banks, Kimberly Cornman (Mark), and the late James Jr., Daniel, Paul Banks and Arlene Bick; adoring uncle to seventeen nieces and nephews; treasured cousin and friend of many.

Wayne was a proud parking attendant at Alco Parking for over 30 years and was adored by many of his regular customers. He deeply loved his three grandchildren. Pap-pap loved spending time with them. Whether it was watching TV, cheering them on at their sporting events, or entertaining them with his silly shenanigans, he always had a smile on his face.
