Sally Etta (Pitzer) Hudock

Sally Etta (Pitzer) Hudock “Sal”     Age 78, of Freedom, Pa, passed away on Thursday, February 22, 2024 in Rochester, PA. She was born on May 11, 1945 in Freedom, PA. Sally was known for her love of shopping, hanging out, and spending time with her friends and family. She shared a special bond with her life-long friends Trudy and Sonny Finch, as well as several other close friends, always bringing laughter and joy wherever she went.

Sally is survived by her son, Richard A. Hudock and his wife Marcy Seger Hudock, along with her six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, sister Beatrice Maley, brother Edward Pitzer, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by several family members, including her husband Richard G. Hudock, her fiancé Audley McDaniels, her brother Andrew Bert Pitzer Jr., brother Delbert Pitzer, father Andrew Bert Pitzer Sr., mother Bertha Blanche Cowan Pitzer, sisters-in-law Linda and Lana Pitzer, brother Victor Roman, and brother Paul Ray Pitzer.

Sally attended Liberty School and Freedom High School. She found joy in her family and friends, cherishing every moment spent with them. A Memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be held in her honor to be announced on Social Platforms that will be shared for everyone to see. Sally will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her memory will live on through her children and grandchildren along with the love and laughter she shared with those around her.
