Rosanne Bell ,70, passed away peacefully at home on February 20, 2026 following an extended illness. Mother to Shannon (Kevin) Mizenko and proud grandmother of Logan and Tanner of Cecil, Pa. Rosanne is preceded in death by her love Roman Gabriel and sister Cynthia Russell. Rosanne was a devoted dog mom to Razzy and Roscoe and friend to many.
