Age 64, of Homestead, formerly of Chicago, Il, passes peacefully on Tuesday April 22, 2025. Beloved fiancé of Kimberly; loving son of the late Cleveland Harper Sr. and Vera May Washington; cherished father of Rodney Walker (Jessica), Tyrea Harper; and Raekwon Harper; treasure brother of Cleveland Harper Jr., Ralph Harper, Travis Franklin (D.), and Curtis Franklin; proud grandfather, uncle, cousin, and friend of many. 

Friends and family will gather to celebrate his life on Sunday, April 27, 2025 from 11:00 until the 1:00 pm service at Ball Funeral Chapel, Inc.
