Robin Leigh Evans With deep love and sorrow, we announce the passing of Robin Leigh Evans a beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, cousin, grandmother, and friend, who departed this life peacefully on Monday, February 23, 2026, surrounded by family and love.
Robin was born on April 5th, 1964, in Aberdeen Maryland, to Charles A. Cyrus Sr. and Alberta E. (Vanderveer) Cyrus, from the beginning Robin radiated strength, fearlessness, and courage. She carried these qualities with her throughout her life, leaving an imprint on everyone she met.
Robin loved to play sports and singing was her greatest treasure. She had her first CD with the musical group “No Regretts”. She could light up any room with her amazing voice and presence.
Robin was also a loving wife to Keith Evans, for 19 years who also passed a brief time ago (May11, 2025). She was a mother of two children Christina (Cardenas) Cummins and Jose’ Cardenas, sister to Cheryl (Walker)Hogan, Charles A. Cyrus Jr., and Victor (Shanta) Cyrus, and a grandmother of 7.
Her greatest joy in life was music and her husband Keith, he was her heart and soul.
Robin’s life was a blessing, memories of her a treasure. She is loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measure.
Friends and family shall gather to celebrate her life on Saturday, March 14, 2026 from 11am - 1pm at Ball Funeral Chapel, Inc., 600 Dunster St., Pittsburgh, PA 15226
