Robert Daniel Unks

Age 77, of Robinson Twp., formerly of Austin, Texas, passed peacefully on Sunday, June 9, 2024, with his family by his side. Beloved son of the late Hary and Geraldine (Conniff) Unks; cherished father of Sondra, Ryan, Jonathan and Rodd Unks and the late Regina Rogers; adoring grandfather to Maureen, Beige and Makayla; treasured friend of Matthew Sweitzer, Joe and Michelle Fedeley, John Gorczyca, Bob Keefer and Victor Hammock. Bob proudly served our country in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. Friends and family shall gather to celebrate his life on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 from 4-8 p.m. at BALL FUNERAL CHAPEL, INC., 600 Dunster Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15226 where a Blessing Service shall be held on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 12:30 p.m. followed by his interment with Military Honors at 2 p.m. in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
