Robert "Tow Truck Bob" Cannon, age 59, of Moon Twp, passed suddenly and unexpectedly, leaving behind a family and community who loved him deeply.
Robert was a devoted father, proud grandfather, loyal friend, and a man of strong faith. He was well known in his community as a tow truck driver, who was always able to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Whether on the job or in everyday life, Robert showed kindness, generosity, and willingness to show up when it mattered most.
He was a dedicated member of his church, and an active part of his community where his presence, humor, and compassion touched so many lives. Robert built lasting friendships everywhere he went and will be remembered for his big heart and unwavering support for others.
Robert was a loving father of 3 daughters: Jessica Cannon, Kristina Cannon, and his youngest the late Elizabeth Cannon. He is also survived by his 9 precious grandchildren, who brought him immense joy and pride.
He is also survived by sisters, brothers, extended family, and so many close friends who will forever cherish his memory.
Robert's legacy is one of love, strength, and selflessness. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
Friends and family shall gather to celebrate his life on Thursday, April 9, 2026 from 2pm until the 6pm service at Ball Funeral Chapel, Inc., 600 Dunster St., Pittsburgh, PA 15226.
