Age 85, passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, of Carrick. Beloved husband of Sylvia A. (Bloskis); father of Janice (Thomas) Verscharen, Karen (David) Kirik; Pap of Michael (Rae Lynn) McKown, Katherine Kirik (Matthew Turnquist), Caleb (Roshni Sheth) Kirik and great-grandpap of Riley, Kassidy, Braiden, Blaine, Brodie McKown, and Jeremy Hennel. Richard was preceded in death by his son Richard John Schibik and grand-daughter Janine M. Cowan. Richard served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He found rest and relaxation at his "home away from home" at Pymatuning Lake. Richard truly loved fishing with his best friend Edward “Buzz" Bloskis. He enjoyed playing poker, helping others, telling stories, and was an excellent horseshoe player. Arrangements by Ball Funeral Chapel, Inc.
