Nicole Helene Henry

May 31, 1987 – January 7, 2024

Nicole also known to all who knew her, as Niki. Niki was taken too soon, at the young age of 36 and was surrounded by loved ones. Niki was a vibrant spirit and a cherished soul. She passed away on January 7, 2024, in Pittsburgh, PA Born on May 31, 1987, in Pittsburgh, PA

Survived by beloved fiancé, Ian Puccio; Cherished Mother, Linda Henry; Loving Sister, Niecy Henry (treasured Brother-n-law, Robert Viglione); Dearest Niece, Jessica McGough; adored Aunt Joyce (Steve) Valent; Adored Aunt Jane (the late John) Facchiano; many cousins and Precious Friends.

Preceded in death by Father, Robert Loeb; Beloved Grandparents Helen AKA Mimi (Jancel) and Paul AKA Pap Demblowski; beloved Uncle Jim Demblowski; and many Dear friends and Precious pets.

Niki was the mother of her beloved Pets.  Feline fur babies: Buds, Scally Wag, Baby, Doof, Rick, and Morty.  And her newest pet adventure was raising chickens.  Getting them when they were just little peeps.  Now there are three adult chickens. She dearly loved and cherished her pets with all her heart.

Niki Loved the Moon and Stars, Fancied Crystals, She has a love of Jacuzzi’s, was a huge fan of Magic Cards and video games with her Fiancé, Ian and her dearest friends.  Playing Rummikub on game night was great fun with Ian and friends.  She always looked forward to her yearly trips (sometimes more) to Colossal Con with Ian and friends.  She especially loved the one at Sandusky, Ohio at the Kalahari Resort.  She met many lifelong friends on these adventures!  She was able to take many wonderful trips with Ian!

Niki was a wonderful Daughter, Sister, Fiancé, friend, co-worker, and worker.  She was a Bartender/Manager at Genoa’s Downtown, Pittsburgh for the last 15 years. She loved her job, Co-workers, bosses, and clientele. That Same love that she had for everyone, they loved her just as much! Niki was always there when anyone needed her, A lending hand, a smile, an ear to listen, or a laugh. Niki’s favorite holiday and time of year was Halloween, in which her moons, stars, bats, large collection of skulls, were decorating her home year-round.  Niki was a lover of fuzzy socks and warm blankets because she was always cold.

Niki was a great friend and had many of them! Whomever she met, she brought a warmth to their heart, with her infectious smile, great friendship, and laughter!  Please Cherrish her memory and let it live on through you!

Poem: Requested by Linda Henry

When you remember me, it means you have carried something of who I am with you, that I have left some mark of who I am on who you are. It means that you can summon me back to your mind even though countless years and miles may stand between us. It means that even after I die, you can still see my face and hear my voice and speak to me in your heart…
