Mishelle C. (DePasquale) Iaquinta

Mishelle Iaquinta, a longtime resident of Beechview, passed away peacefully on June 7, 2026, at the age of 77.

Born on May 16, 1949, in Gamberale, Abruzzo, Italy, Mishelle later immigrated to the United States, where she built a life centered on family, friendship, and community. She was known for her exceptional cooking and baking and took great joy in sharing her specialties with family, friends, and neighbors. Her kitchen was a place of warmth, laughter, and love, where everyone felt welcome.

Mishelle will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, strength, and unwavering devotion to those around her. Her love, wisdom, and caring spirit touched the lives of all who knew her.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Salvatore Iaquinta; her son, Thomas Iaquinta (Kirsten); her daughter, Maryann Kirby (Ron); her sister, Nancy Chiarelli (Elio); her brother, Nick DePasquale (Debbie); her sister, Mary DePasquale; five cherished grandchildren; and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Francesco and Clotilde DePasquale.

A Celebration of Life honoring Mishelle will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026. Venue details will be announced at a later date.
