Louis "Lou" Carmine Franceschini

Louis “Lou” Franceschini passed away unexpectedly on July 3, 2026, at the age of 63.

Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Lou will be remembered for his kind heart, gentle spirit, and the warmth he brought to those who knew him. As a young man, he had a deep love for music and became an exceptionally talented drummer. 

To his family and friends, Lou was more than a brother—he was a source of comfort, laughter, and cherished memories. 

Lou was preceded in death by his loving parents, Doreen Trenga Franceschini and Achillo Mario Franceschini. 

He is survived by his loving sister, Nina D. Al-Yousfi (Basel); his nephew, Dr. Nihad Al-Yousfi; and extended family and friends who will remember him with affection. 

Though life brought its share of challenges, those who loved Lou will always remember the goodness that lived within him. May he now find eternal peace. 

A private cremation will take place, and his ashes will be laid to rest with love. 

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
