Kenneth J. Billetdeaux

Kenneth J. Billetdeaux, 78, of Pittsburgh, PA, passed away into the arms of Jesus Friday May 15, 2026, after a lengthy and courageous battle with a multi-year illness.

Ken was born February 11, 1948, in the Montour area of Pittsburgh, the son of Bryce and Rose Billetdeaux.

Ken was a 1966 graduate of Montour High School, and a 1970 graduate of Waynesburg College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Following his college graduation he faithfully served his country with the US Army in Vietnam.

Upon his honorable discharge as a Specialist 4 from the US Army, Ken started his career in the accounting department of Kaufmann's Department Store in downtown Pittsburgh where he met his beloved wife, Christine Paris. A few years later Ken started his own accounting and financial business, Kenneth J. Billetdeaux, CPA in Mt. Lebanon, PA. Ken's personal and caring interaction with all of his clients and associates over the years made him a trusted and endearing friend to all.

Ken was a member of the Saint Paul of the Cross Church in Mt. Lebanon, PA.

Ken was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan and loved talking Pirates, Steelers, and Penguins with his clients and friends. He enjoyed playing and watching golf and he was always in the pursuit of a good golf match. Ken was a guiding force in keeping his college friends and fraternity brothers from Phi Sigma Kappa in a lifelong bond of brotherhood through his planning of annual golf reunions at Myrtle Beach, SC.

Ken enjoyed traveling to far and distant places with his wife Chris as they went on adventurous trips to over 50 countries including trips to Europe, Asia, Egypt, and the Holy Land.

In addition to his wife Christine, Ken is survived by two brothers, Brad Billetdeaux of Houston, TX and James Billetdeaux of Las Vegas, NV.
