Kathleen Ann "Kate" (Hagerty) Duncan

On Saturday, May 3, 2025 Kathleen Ann "Kate" (Hagerty) Duncan passed from this physical realm. She spent her final days surrounded by generations of love. She is now reunited with the love of her life, her husband, Robert A. Duncan. Kate was a graduate of Mt, Gallitzin HS in Baden, PA. She received a degree as an Operating Room Technician from Mercy Hospital School of Nursing. Kate is preceded in death by her parents James and Lucille (Lewandoski) Hagerty. She is survived by her sons, Sean and Andrew Duncan and daughter Megan Moschella; her grandchildren, Franky Jr., Vinny, Lucas, Alayna, Mikey, and Eva; her brother Robert Hagerty (Linda) of Beaver Falls PA and sister Judith Hagerty of Industry PA. Other survivors include nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Kate was a talented creative woman and an avid reader. She encouraged reading in others through gifts of books. Kate was elected Vice President of The North Aiken Community Council, the Residents council of The Commons at North Aiken where she lived the last 12 years.

Friends and loved ones will be received Monday, May 12, 2025 from 11am until the 1pm blessing service at Ball Funeral Chapel, Inc., 600 Dunster St, Pittsburgh, PA 15226.
