JOSEPH A. SKARIS SR.   Age 78, of Brookline, passed peacefully on Sunday, October 8, 2023. Loving husband of Linda (Jarvis) Skaris; beloved son of the late Joseph and Virginia (Pawlowski) Skaris; cherished father of Joseph Jr. (Colleen), Robert (Jennifer) and Daniel (Shawna); dear brother to Mary Ann Duscheid (Thomas), Gary (Lisa) and the late Ronald (Leah); adoring pappy of Jacquelyn (Cory), Danielle, Madison, Alexander and Jackson; treasured uncle, cousin and friend of many. Joe was a proud retiree of McKeesport Connecting Railroad and a frequent visitor to Trader Jacks to visit his friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials to UPMC Hilman Cancer Center are suggested.
