Jean Valerie (Ackinclose) Lazur

Jean V. (Ackinclose) Lazur, Age 69, of Jefferson Hills, passed peacefully on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, following complications of colon cancer surgery. Born in McKeesport on September 25, 1956 to Rose (Horvath) and Bruce Ackinclose Sr. Jean loved nature, camping, all wildlife, flower gardening and especially hanging lights for every holiday. She truly enjoyed hopping on the back of the Harley for a road trip to a destination unknown as we referred to it. She was a free spirit, didn’t take IT from anyone, strong, loving, beautiful woman and lived her life to the fullest.

Survived by her loving partner of 32 years Ray Kreher; cherished daughter Melissa Jean Lazur and her fiancé John Schein; adored grandchildren Garreth and Harper Calabro and their father Dustin Calabro (Jenna); dear sister Jane Bowen (Sonny)

Preceded in death by her parents and brothers Bruce Jr. (Christine) and Dean Ackinclose (Regina)
