Hedwig “Hedy” Frances Carrara 

Age 101, passed peacefully on Friday January 16, 2026. Born  on December 24, 1924 in Windbur, Pennsylvania. One of eleven children to the late Frank and Frances (Kozuchowska) Brzana. She followed her sister Mary to New York City, where she became a Telephone Operator and truly loved her job. In 1954, she took a cruise to Bermuda, where she met her beloved husband the late Robert Carrara. She is survived by her daughter Susan Carrara of Sutton Alaska.  She will be missed dearly.
