Frank N. Tirio

Frank Tirio , Age 50, of Crafton, formerly of Mt. Washington, Emmy Award winning producer of the 2015 short film The Raven. Passed suddenly on Sunday, June 14, 2026 while vacationing in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Born in Pittsburgh on December 16, 1975 to Linda (Meixner) and the late Francis N. Tirio Sr. He is the cherished father of Zachary Harris and Hayley Tirio; dear brother to Anyse Spang (Christopher); adoring uncle to Nicholas and Hillary Spang; the very best friend of Thad Ciechanowski; treasured uncle, cousin and friend of many.

Family and friends shall be welcomed to celebrate his life on Monday, June 22, 2026 from 4:00 - 8:00pm at Ball Funeral Chapel, Inc., 600 Dunster St., Pittsburgh, PA 15226. An informal sharing of memories service will complete the evening, so bring your stories and memories of special moments you spent with Frank.
