Frank was predeceased by his parents Mildred and Walter Koskoden and sister Phyllis. He is survived by his loving wife Joanne (Frizzell) Koskoden, sister Monica, brother Jim, daughter Laura Marie stepdaughter Charlene (Dan) Dwulit. Per Franks request, there will be no viewing or Memorial Service.
