Erlyne Proctor

Erlyne Proctor lovingly known as Ma, was born April 30, 1936, In Pittsburgh PA, to the late Ralph Proctor, Sr (Father) and Ruby Proctor (Mother). On January 2, 2025,. God sent a chorus of angels to escort her home to glory. Erlyne was born in Pittsburgh PA and spent all of her life in the Wylie Ave/Garfield area. During her 88 years, Erlyne lived a full life, and was the best Daughter, Mom, grandma,, Sister, Aunt, and friend. Erlyne was the last survivor of her 5 siblings, 3 brothers, Sam Morrison, Rudolph Morrison, and Ralph Proctor Jr, 2 Sisters Gladys Taylor, Carol Proctor, all predeceased. Erlyne leaves to cherish her memories, 9 children, 4 Sons, Barry Frierson, of Pittsburgh PA, James Frierson Jr, predeceased, Jeffrey A Proctor of Camp Springs, MD, and Bruce L Proctor also of Pittsburgh PA, 5 daughters, Ruby Delores Frierson, predeceased, Denise A Frierson, of Pittsburgh PA, Laniel Frierson McClellan of St. Petersburg Fl, Cheryl A Proctor, of Pittsburgh PA, Cherie L Frierson of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Erlyne also leaves to mourn 22 beautiful grandchildren, and a host of great- grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces and nephews. Family will hold a private memorial service.
