EDWARD THOMAS OZOSKY Age 77, of Pleasant Hills, formerly of Mt. Washington, passed peacefully on Sunday, March 30, 2025. Loving husband of Diane M. Kirk; beloved son of the late Edward A. and Lois (Davis) Ozosky; cherished father of Jodi Ozosky-Shoaff (Andrew); dear brother of Debbie Mayr (John); adoring grandfather to Hunter, Cyrus, Lainie, Vaeh, Ellie and Harper; a friend and cousin to Norma Ritz (Ed); treasured uncle, brother-in-law and friend of many.
Ed was a 1969 Graduate of Duquesne University who majored in History and later went on to get his Masters Degree. Ed was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Duquesne Men's Basketball. He had a passion for history, the paranormal, and listening to music. Ed was the founder of the Hauntings Research Paranormal Group.
No visitation. A funeral mass shall be celebrated on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at 10am in St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church of Triumph of the Holy Cross Parish, 1 Grove Place, Pittsburgh, PA 15236. Interment will follow at the Finleyville Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Lymphoma Foundation or the American Cancer Society.
