Edward R. Dawson, Jr.    Age 73 of the South Side, passed peacefully on Monday, April 11, 2022. Loving husband of Marie F. (Finnigan) Dawson; beloved son of the late Edward R. and Margaret (Macormack) Dawson; cherished father of Tanya Dittler (David Jr.), Carol Dawson (Paul Wolf) and Edna Betz (Daniel); dear brother of Earl and John Dawson, Maryanne Mitchell and the late Hobson David McCormick; adoring grandfather of Roberta, Kari, David, Michael B., Christopher, Landon, Michael D. and Jennifer; doting great-grandfather to Christopher, Robert, Isabella, Liam, Neveah, Charleigh and Malani; treasured uncle, cousin and friend of many. Friends and family shall be welcomed Friday, April15, 2022 from 2-4pm & 6pm until the 8pm service at Ball Funeral Chapel, Inc. 600 Dunster St., Pittsburgh, PA. 15226. in lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are suggested.
