March 5th, 1963 – October 13th, 2025

Douglas Schrott Sr, 62, of South Fayette Township, passed away on October 13th, 2025 due to a long battle of illness at home with his loving family by his side. Leaving behind his Wife and Soulmate of 45 years, Brenda Gallo Schrott. His children, Douglas Jr, Samuel (Maria), Laura (Justin), Grace (Andrew), and David (Allyson). He loved his 10 grandchildren, Landon, Lucas, Nathan, Chloe, Melody, Skylar, Miley, Wyatt, Kaden and Chase (due February 2026), with his whole heart, they were his everything!

Douglas was a true fighter. He fought until he couldn’t fight anymore. He wouldn’t take his last breath without hearing his Wife tell him “I’ll be ok”. He would do anything for his Wife, Children and especially his Grandchildren. He is now resting peacefully knowing he will watch over his Family forever.
