Douglas Alan Biddle died at his home in Clairton, PA on Monday September 29, 2025. Doug was born on December 22, 1968 and lived in Williamsburg, PA until he moved to Pittsburgh, PA to attend the Technology and Arts school.
Doug was the son of Frederick E Biddle Jr and A. Irene (Kensinger) Biddle. He is preceded in death by his mother. Surviving are his father and two sisters, Michele Derrick and Kimberly Umstead. He attended Williamsburg Elementary School and graduated from Calvary Christian Academy Huntingdon, PA in 1986.
Doug had many talents that included singing, cooking and crocheting. During high school, and after graduation, Doug was involved in drama productions, community choir and theater. He toured with the Camp of Nations and sang with The Hoppers. Doug loved the Peanuts gang and collected Star Trek memorabilia. Another passion was clock repair and collecting cuckoo clocks.
While living in Pittsburgh, Doug worked as a floor supervisor for the Highmark call center, in food service at McKeesport Hospital in McKeesport, PA and food service at Jefferson (AGH) Pittsburgh. He also worked at the Amazon warehouse. He always loved cats and his most recent, Kitty, has found a loving home.
A memorial for friends and family is scheduled for Saturday November 22 from 2:00-4:00 at the Williamsburg Farm Show Building in Williamsburg, PA.
