Of Greentree, 92, joined her husband of 58 years, Dr. Richard Labarre Hibler, on March 15, 2021.  She suffered a fall in 2019 and a gradual decline of health while at home supported by family members. Donna was a kind and loving person who always put the needs of family and others ahead of herself over her entire lifetime.

Donna graduated from Mt. Lebanon High School at the top of her class and went on to work for Bell Telephone and raise her 3 children.  She was an accomplished craftswoman and seamstress and was known throughout the US and Canada as a Doll & Miniatures Artist.  Her hand-made cloth and porcelain dolls and custom portrait dolls were featured in several major doll magazines. She was amazingly talented and created beautiful works of art and craft in many different mediums during her 92 years of life.

Donna was also an avid reader and loved Murder Mystery Whodunits. She had a quick wit, loved to joke, and knew how to make you feel better when you were down. She held all of us to a high standard but was very forgiving. She always made time to listen to her children and other family members and she loved to spin a yarn.

She is survived by her loving children Eric R. (Annamaria Carrington), Kristen L. Lazzaris, and Laurel (Mark) Fitzgerald; her grandchildren Jessica Fitzgerald and William (Natalie) Fitzgerald; great grandchildren Zoe and Ronan Fitzgerald.
