Dawn Renee' Younger

Dawn Renee Younger     Born November 18, 1965 passed away peacefully in her home on April 25, 2026.

Dawn Renee who was a joyful caring free spirit loved nothing more than being a mother and grandmother which were her greatest joys in this life! In her free time, she enjoyed playing bingo, and doing artwork. In her early years she was a majorette which led her to a love of dance. Dawn was a free spirit who loved meeting new people and making new friends.

Dawn Renee leaves behind one child a daughter Alexis Younger-Wright (40) of Clairton Pa, and one grandchild Helen Renee Bray (20) of Penn-Hills Pa. Two sisters Belinda Mills of Pittsburgh PA and Christine E. Matthew’s of Philadelphia Pa. She also leaves behind a brother Tyrone Younger of Pittsburgh PA. Dawn is proceeded in death by her mother(s) Frances Younger of Pittsburgh and Josephine E. Mathis (adoptive mother) of Canonsburg Pa. Her father Richard Mathis of Washington Pa and two Brothers Parish and Wayne Younger. 

Dawn was a strong bright light in this life to many and a beacon of guidance and hope to her family. she is loved and will forever be cherished and missed. God rest her wonderful soul and may she now find eternal peace.
