Daniel R. "Smitty" Smith

DANIEL R. “SMITTY” SMITH   Age 60, formerly of Dormont, PA, passed peacefully on Wednesday, September 18, 2024. Cherished son of Nancy and the late John Kurlfink; dearest brother to Steve Smith (Carol), Nancy Abraham (Tim), Jackie Konesky (Jim), Jeff Smith and Richie Kurlfink (Nicole); adoring uncle to Patrick (Susanna), Sam, Jimmy, Jack, Nigella and Naiya; great-uncle to Aaron; proud godfather of Macey Schaffer, and a treasured friend to many.

Dan’s great sense of humor and winning smile was a joy to all who knew him.  He loved all sports and was known as Dapper Dan at Keystone Oaks High School.  We will remember Dan for his work ethic and bringing happiness to all his nieces and nephews.
