Christian Damon Buggey, “Buggs”

Born May 6, 1967, Age 57, of  Pittsburgh, PA, passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2025. Loving husband of  Karalisa C. (Cender) Buggey; beloved son of the late Charles E. Buggey and Frances M. (Milburn) Buggey; dear brother of Grace Buggey, Rose RePep (John), Chuck Buggey (Debbie), Lisa Brennan (Jay), Frany Sullivan (Dan), and the late William Buggey (Maryann), John Buggey (Joan), and Shawn Buggey. Adored uncle to many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Proud pet parent of Zephyr, Alabaster, and Sharpie.

Christian was one of a kind and treasured by everyone he met. He was an all-star athlete, avid outdoorsman and fisherman, innovative game inventor, published author, and loved to laugh and make people laugh. With his degree in Parks and Recreation Management, Chris excelled at working with at-risk youth and enjoyed developing programs to enrich the community.

Friends and family are invited to gather for a Celebration of Life on Saturday May 3rd, 2025 from 1pm-8pm at Riverview Park, Activities Building, Pittsburgh, PA.
