Cheryl Anne Frey

Cheryl Anne Frey, 70, of Mount Pleasant, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 16, 2026

Born on October 6, 1955, in Mount Pleasant, Cheryl was the daughter of the late Robert and Pauline (Beddick) Lochinger. She graduated from Southmoreland High School and worked at Sony for many years.

Beyond her career, Cheryl was an avid artist who loved crafts, drawing, and painting almost as much as she loved attending church. Later in life, she loved nothing more than attending the performances of her granddaughters' many plays and musicals. She will be remembered for her generosity, sense of humor, and strong faith in God.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Pauline Lochinger, as well as her husband, Dwayne Frey. She is survived by her son, Brian Howard; her beloved granddaughters, Hope and Evelyn; and her precious great-grandson, Apollo.

A Funeral Mass shall be celebrated on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 1:00pm in St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 416 S Broadway St, Scottdale, PA 15683
