Charles "Little Man" McDermott passed away peacefully on June 8th after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease. Born and raised in the Mount Washington neighborhood, where he continued to live for most of his life. He was a proud father and husband. A mechanic, welder, and general tinkerer with machines and he would often find use in any trinket. He was very strong in faith and was a member of the catholic religion his entire life.
He is remembered by his life soulmate Christina McDermott (Dutton), and his Children Douglas, C.J. (Trista), and Danielle.
Son of Thomas Leo Mcdermott and Marie (Boehm), and brother to Leo McDermott and Marie Lacey (David). Uncle to Amie, Lori, Terry, Summer Lee, and Thomas. Grandfather to Kavion, Kyair, Khloe, Khorie, and Lillian.
There will be a private mass for his family at a future date.
