Catherine M. "Tina" (Berton) Cook

On Sunday, April 18, 2021, Catherine "Tina" surrounded by her children, family and friends, lost her 10-year battle with cancer. Tina was the daughter of the late Leonard and Elizabeth Berton of Bridgeville, PA; the sister of Mark Berton; sister-in-law of Dr. Donna Posluszny-Berton; sister of Veronica Berton. Tina has four children, survived by three: her son, Leonard Berton II and his wife Jennifer, two grandchildren, Jessica and Amber; her daughter, Elizbeth Ellerbrock and her husband Philip Ellerbrock; her son, Charles; and her late daughter, Ashley. Tina had an absolute zest for life. Her children, grandchildren, family, and friends were always at the center of her attention. She enjoyed gardening, especially her flower gardens, old red pick-up trucks, horses, roosters and country music. She was also passionate over her two rescued dogs, Pepper and Salt. But her passion was always the kids and grandkids. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
