Alice M. (Grindel) Palermo

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Alice Palermo, 67, of Gibsonia, Pennsylvania, who passed away peacefully in her home on February 17, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Alice was a devoted wife of 33 years to Carl Palermo, and a dedicated mother to her three children, Brooke Leslie (Chad), Tara Martin (Jason), and Luke Palermo (Kacey).  

Alice will be deeply missed, as she touched countless lives with her nurturing spirit, selflessness, and unwavering dedication to those she loved.  She was a wonderful cook, an avid gardener, and loved taking care of the animals in her backyard.  

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Adelaide (Waltz) Grindel.  In addition to those above, she is also survived by her brothers, Edward (Vicki), James (Sandie), and Paul (Marlene) Grindel.
