Welcome to the memorial page for

Robert Lee Faulkner

January 30, 1988 ~ October 10, 2017 (age 29) 29 Years Old

Robert Lee Faulkner (Bobby, Bob, Rob, GR, Grizz) passed away in his parent’s home in Bethel Park on the morning of October 10, 2017 at the age of 29.

Bobby was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1988. He received his GED in 2006 and worked most of his life in the roofing industry. His greatest joy in life was his daughter GiaBella Rose. Bobby cared greatly for his family and enjoyed spending time with his daughter more than anything else,.

Bobby also struggled with addiction for a long time. Through the help of friends, family, The Foundation for Hope, and a Narcotics Anonymous (NA) convention held in Bethlehem, PA, he was able to become clean. Before his passing, Robert was looking forward to starting a new job, and received his 90 day token from NA for the first time! He was very excited to better himself and set a good example for his daughter, GiaBella Rose. Unfortunately, God had other plans for him. After winning his fight against addiction, a pulmonary embolism claimed his life.

Bobby is predeceased by his father, Robert Faulkner IV.

Bobby is lovingly remembered by his mother Lisa Valles; brother Benjamin Faulkner; sister Brandi McLennan; daughter GiaBella Rose Faulkner; and loving niece, nephews and other relatives.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Foundation of Hope, 112 W. North Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15212. This foundation was a major stepping stone for Robert, and helped him so much on his path to recovery. Condolences for the family may be offered on his Facebook page.
