PHIL JAMES MINNAJI Peacefully, at his home in Chalfant, with loved ones by his side on Tuesday, April 4th, 2017. Phil is survived by his daughters, Amanda (John Koutsakis) and Sarah, and Pap Pap to Amanni, Mateo, Lailani, and Geno, also survived by his better half Susan Adams, and his brothers Patrick, Mark, and John. Preceded in death by his parents, Lydia and Stephen, and his brothers, Stephen (Susan) and Anthony. Also survived by many loving friends and family. Phil was an amazing father, brother, grandfather and friend to many and will be missed by all. Funeral Mass at St. Maurice in Forest Hills on Monday, April 10th, 2017 at 10:00 am.
